FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration Dartmouth
The First Onsite Dartmouth branch is proud to serve its home community, the Halifax Regional Municipality, as well as clients from all reaches of Nova Scotia. While we particularly specialize in wind and water damage restoration and hurricane/tropical storm preparedness and response, our teams are fully capable of managing losses from fire, flood and vandalism, mold and asbestos remediation, and general maintenance.
Our location boasts 3 Project Managers, each with more than 30 years' experience in the industry (and 20 with our branch!).
All crews and technicians are well-trained in their specialty and equipped with IICRC certifications, trained in the latest industry standards, and supported by the most up-to-date technology. Our branch's sheer size and ability to quickly mobilize is what sets us apart from our competitors.
The Dartmouth team is always keeping an eye to the future of the industry. Our journeyman carpenters actively mentor young skilled workers with an interest in joining the apprenticeship program. Sustainability and community engagement are also points of pride for us; with our clients' permission, we typically donate any non-restorable items to local women and children's shelters.
The nature of our work delivers us to the doorstep of people who are in crisis; they have been caught off guard, and often unprepared. We feel it is our responsibility to carry every customer through the restoration process, offering clear communication, speed, efficiency and cost-effective solutions at every stop along the way. Anything less than 100% customer satisfaction is unacceptable to us.
